Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged item on arrival (with photo proof)

  • Defective product (within 14 days)

  • Wrong item received

  • Order cancellation before fulfillment

To request a refund, contact us at sanokey.skincare@gmail.com with your order number and issue details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Gift cards


Return Process (If Applicable)

If your return is approved:

We will provide a return address

You must ship the item back in original condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
